Visiting Information

Visiting hours: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Wearing a mask is required, and a two-metre distance must be maintained wherever possible.
Visitors are not permitted to eat or drink in the patient's room or on the nursing units.
Patients must wear a mask (if they can tolerate it) while receiving care and while outside their room.

  • Only one visitor at a time is permitted in the patient's room.
  • Two visitors are permitted in public areas (e.g., lounge, cafeteria, garden). However, if you would like more than two visitors to be present, please speak in advance with the Head Nurse.
  • Children younger than 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Visitors must respect isolation requirements and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE), as indicated at the entrance to the patient’s room.

Absence from the unit:

If you plan to leave the unit for an unscheduled activity or for personal reasons, please inform the staff. Please consider your therapy times so that you do not miss a scheduled appointment
